are a company based near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands but
we do business with clients locally, regionally, nationally and
internationally. At the core of our business are psychometrics
- personality assessments which are used for individual and team
insight and development, and ability testing, commonly used in
recruitment and selection.
We
do not develop and publish psychometrics ourselves. Rather, we
are extensively qualified and experienced managers and HR professionals,
accredited to purchase, administer and interpret all the major
psychometric tools currently available, many of them widely known,
such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI ®) and
OPQ ® for example.
This
