Published in the UK by OPP Ltd, 16PF® is Raymond Cattell's widely known personality questionnaire.

Its primary uses are for selection and for providing information to assist the design of personal development programmes.

It measures 16 personality factors, such as Dominance, Liveliness, Vigilance and Tension.

The current version of the questionnaire provides for a further grouping of 5 "global" factors such as Tough-Mindedness and Self Control.

It is commonly used for:
