Alison Hope

After 20 years in Aberdeen with BP in roles ranging from facilitation and change management to business improvement, performance management and digital business, Alison branched out on her own to concentrate on what she enjoys most. She is now an independent facilitator, coach and trainer, trading under the name Wellmet.

Alison offers facilitation support to a wide variety of events, for example workgroup development and transition coaching workshops, large conferences, team building sessions, strategy development and technical workshops. She also provides one to one or group career coaching.

Alison can operate at all levels in an organisation. As a trainer Alison can develop and deliver training to suit the client's needs and this has included face-to-face communication, meeting effectiveness and facilitation, and safety leadership. Recent clients include BP, Shell, Aramark and SBM in Monaco. Alison travelled widely during her childhood and her time with BP and in the process she gained a good insight into diverse cultures and work practices.

She enjoys being creative, being challenged and having fun both in her work and in her hobbies. She lives just outside Aberdeen and together with her husband enjoys golf, gardening, and skiing and shares a passion for food and wine!
