Assessor

product developed by Selby
and Mills Ltd, the Assessor tool brings together a number
of psychometric tools in one questionnaire.
Its
main outputs are reports on Personality, Competency and Careers
Guidance.
Any
job role can be profiled using Assessor's 102 competency list
and applicants can then be measured against these competencies.
Type,
relationships, values and emotional intelligence all feature in
the Assessor toolkit. Unlike many type questionnaires, however,
Assessor produces normative results which can be used to compare
people who have taken it with each other and against a range of
UK norm groups, such as graduates, senior directors and so on.
