Belbin ® team roles

Originally based on the work of Dr Meredith Belbin, many businesses are now familiar with his 9 team roles, and the strengths and allowable weaknesses that each carries.

The Self Perception Inventory that was published in the book "Management Teams, Why They Succeed or Fail" is copyrighted and is, in any case, no longer seen as appropriate for a number of reasons, not least its omission of the 9th team role (The Specialist).

Individuals can complete an up-to-date inventory on the Belbin website at a cost of GBP25 (credit card required) and receive a report by email.

For larger numbers Aurora is happy to make arrangements with Belbin Associates for this to be done.
