Taylor brings over 20 years' experience of management and HR in
the public sector, together with 15 years' experience in the private
sector as a freelance consultant. Specialising in the application
of psychometrics during the last ten years, he has worked for clients
as diverse as oil and gas, water, financial services, IT and Enterprise
networks, as well as with many private individuals. Delivers group
training events and works 1:1 with clients - typically providing
input into recruitment processes - including candidate profiling
and assessment centres - exploring alternatives such as new career
directions, finding work again, team building and development, and
resolving communication issues.
David
lives on the Black Isle just north of Inverness with his wife, a
schoolteacher, and his son, a personal trainer. He takes an active
interest in Eden Court Theatre (as a past member of the Friends'
Committee) and lists his Triumph Daytona motorbike as his main weakness.
