Douglas
has over twenty years experience in a wide range of business and
management fields. A chartered engineer, he has practical and analytical
skills which are invaluable in dealing with difficult or complex
problems. An independent consultant since 2001, he has extensive
experience in career development, recruitment, change management,
team development and leadership training. His interest in personal
development started with a successful athletics coaching career
and has evolved through his time with ICI and BP. He has worked
with individuals from all types of industry and commerce.
