Isn't
all this personality stuff just a lot of airy-fairy psycho-babble?
Obviously,
we don't believe that's true or we wouldn't be doing what
we do! It does help to have at least an open mind in looking
at yourself, perhaps as others might see you.
Most
people do recognise themselves, and often gain insight,
understanding and explanations of things that have puzzled
them for many years.
Almost
all our participants describe the work they do with us as
"fun" and "very helpful" - even "amazingly
accurate", and many acquire new tools to tackle issues
that have so far appeared insurmountable.
But
it's vital that people are willing participants. We do not
recommend using psychometrics where there is considerable
negative resistance.
