A product developed by Insights Learning and Development Ltd, the Insights Discovery System builds on the foundations laid by Carl Jung and his four basic types of personality. The system uses colours to delineate energies.

This tool is situational and helps people understand more about how they and others behave and respond to different situations and to change. It facilitates a much greater understanding of how to communicate better and in a way that celebrates and values difference rather than wishing that people were "more like me".
