Aurora Perceptions Ltd is the only specialist psychometrics and aptitude testing company based in the Scottish Highlands, though we work throughout Scotland, the UK and internationally.

Typically we use psychometric or testing tools on projects such as:

Almost all of our programmes are designed to meet client needs. We do not offer simplistic, "off the shelf" solutions.

We take great care to understand what our clients need and to agree with them a programme that we believe will meet client-defined objectives.

From time to time we run open courses, usually with a major Jungian type questionnaire (such as Myers Briggs) at its centre, and exploring themes such as conflict, stress or simply understanding personality type and the implications for future development.
