Pip
has over 14 years experience as a freelance training and careers
consultant, and a background in teaching and outdoor training. Her
consultancy work spans sectors such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical,
finance, IT, security, hi-tec manufacturing and utilities as well
as the public sector. Pip works through group training, on site
projects or with individuals, and has a range of psychometrics to
draw on. Work with individuals involves coaching, whilst with teams
she delivers in areas such as team building, leadership, communication,
problem solving, and trouble shooting specific issues, both inside
and through the outdoors. Recruitment related work includes the
use of psychometric or aptitude tools for selection purposes and
interview training.
Pip
resides near Fort William, where she pursues her very active interests
in mountain climbing, sea kayaking and wildlife photography.
