Tom
McInally has worked as an independent consultant and as managing
consultant of the Aberdeen office of a major Human Resources consultancy.
His early career was in Industrial Engineering and Human Resources
management in the plastics, pharmaceutical, paper, rubber, electronics
and oil engineering industries. As such he managed teams delivering
major programmes of change and productivity improvement. His HR
consultancy experience consists of ten years of managing clients'
projects, using a wide range of skilled consultants, as well as
bringing his considerable knowledge of industry and service organizations
to delivering solutions to wide range of organizational and HR issues.
His skills are in working at senior level within organizations on
an individual basis and with teams. Tom is experienced in using
a full range of analytical management tools including psychometrics.
His academic qualifications are BSc, BA and he is a Chartered Fellow
of CIPD. He has been a guest lecturer on Human Resources Management
at Strathclyde and Robert Gordon Universities.

currently resides near Aberdeen.
